Ok, First, Make A Map.
Then, Use the tileset to draw a book (Open) on a table (draw one if not done so).
Next, make a chair below the book and then, make an event on it.
Now, make this event say:
@:> Conditional branch - if player is facing UP
@:> Show text: do you wish to read this book?
@:> Show choices: Yes. No.
[Yes]
@:> Show text: > Write Book Text Here <
<End Branch>
[No]
<End Branch>
<Else>
<End Branch>
And Then It Should Work...
