Item: Soul Wings 
In my game, Soul Wings is the most powerful medicine item. It revives all dead party members w/full HP/MP. Here's how it works in a step-by-step process:
Step 1) For the 'Type', select 'Medicine'.
Step 2) The 'Number of Uses' should be one.
Step 3) The 'Target' should be 'All Allies'.
Step 4) 'HP Recovery' should be set at 100%. 'MP Recovery' should also be set at 100%.
Step 5) All your conditions should be checked. Both ooptions should be checked as well. This item is usable by anyone, so all classes and heroes should be checked as well.
Step 6) The 'Price' of this item is 0 in my game because you can't buy it. You obtain it and you only get it once throughout the game. If you want to use it for selling or just want a price for it, pick a number you like.
