How to open the save or the menu screen with an item! 
This will be a short tutorial,
Make an Item and call it Adventure Log (If you want)
Make a Common Event and Call is Adventure Log (If you want)
Now just Put the command 'Call Save Menu' inside the Common event and link the item with the common event.
Use the item and tada your done.
You can also use this for Script calls :D
