How to make sound work on RM2k and RM2k3
Have you ever been playing with your RM2k or RM2k3, and have that right kind of music or sound, and you load the file and try to play it, but the music or sound won't play? Or, have you played it before, but it didn't work this time?
In this tutorial, we will be explaining why the sound or music doesn't work, and how to fix it.
Some possible reasons are either RM2k or RM2k3 doesn't support it, or your volume controls aren't all the way up.
Check your music files type, as Rm2k and RM2k3 only support Midi Files and some MP3 files. There is a so called patch called the MP3 patch, but clear evidence shows that it doesn't work. Files such as WPA, mpeg, ajc, ropeg, and most MP3's don't work with these softwares, so you might have to use a music converter to change them to midi's.
If you are still stuck, maybe the volume controls aren't all the way up. So, follow these steps to probably fix it.
1. On your desktop, click on the little speaker twice in the bottom left as shown where to click in this picture.

Next, a menu appears like this.

Then, make sure all the buttons are up like this.

And there you go! That should solve your problem. If it didn't, please PM me (ourihemai), as I will be able to help you more if you explain your problem.
