How to jump (very easy)
First of all make a map with one square space, where your character will jump over. Then make an event-when the player is facing towards the square that he should jump, by pressing the action key, he will jump.
what you should know for jumping:
1. X represents the width
2. Y represents the height
So your event should look like
Below characters, action button, jump X=-2, Y=0,
and this event will make a player jump from right to left for 1 square.
