Handling Insane Sums of Money 
The total money is about 999999. If you have a banking system, you can have like one or so more digits, but can't pull that out.
You'll need to know how to make a bank. Then for the deposit make an item (I did it as a skill book, so I could use a consumable trick elsewhere to activate it for quick money by calling an event when a skill is possessed, but you don't have to, so make it a common event) called $1 million. Make two variables, $1Million Bank and $1 MillionHad. When you deposit, if the the deposit is about 999999, in addition to the money taken out of your hand and placed into the bank variable, take 999999 out of the bank too, and add 1 to $1MillionBank.
When you take out offer a choice between taking out your normal money or writing a $1 million check or something. Add $1 million to your inventory, and removing 1 MillionBank from bank. Then use as currency by comparing the price to the other variable MillionHad in custom store events involving multi-millions.
