Please read my Tree Cutting and Fishing System tutorials.
First off make 1 new item
1. Cooked Fish
Make a event, make the Graphic a stove.
Would you like to cook?
- Yes
- Conditional Branch, Logs in Inventory
-- You put logs in the fire
-- What would you like to cook
--- Fish
--- (You can make more things to cook)
--- Conditional Branch, Fish in Inventory
---- You cooked Fish
---- Insert Cooked Fish into Inventory
---- Delete Fish from Inventory
---- Delete Logs from Inventory
--- Else
--- You need Un-Cooked fish to make Cooked Fish
-- Else
-- You need logs to make the fire.

Additional Methods:
You could add a advantage to eating cooked fish opposed to un cooked fish like your overall health is increased by 5 when you eat cooked, but uncooked you only refill 10 health.
You could add more componets to the cooking, like you need a recipe to make new things and maybe a oven mitt to cook.
You can add more meat and fish, In my game in progress I have Meat.
You can make new meats obtainable by killing a enemy like having cow meat for when you defeat a cow.
