Animation:Hell's Nineth Circle 
Before we even get into making the spell, you should know that you need an empty space in the 'Animations' section of your database. Here is the step-by-step process on making the 'Hell's Nineth Circle' spell:
Step 1) Select 'ice01' for the 'Animation File'.
FRAME 1 0F 70
Step 1) Select the 7th box(looks like a blanket of snow). Starting a little above the target's head (or whatever the top of the body is) and place the frame there on the right side of the screen.
Step 2) Place the next box a little below/left of the first one. Do the same for the third, except slide it to the right a little.
Step 3) The fourth box should be in the same position as the first, but on the bottom of the screen.
FRAMES 2-10 OF 70
Step 1) For the frames 2 through 10, all you do is slide the boxes in Frame 1 over to the left a little each frame. When you reach Frame 10, the image should be the same as Frame 1 except that it's on the left side.
*Frame 1 will reffered to as a blanket of snow.
FRAMES 11-20 OF 70
Step 1) Repeat the process for Frames 11 through 20 as you did with Frames 1 through 10.
FRAMES 21-30 OF 70
Step 1) Repeat the last step.
FRAMES 31-34 OF 70
Step 1) Repeat Frame 1, but this time, we're gonna add another part to the animation. Select the giant ice flake (should be the 6th one). Put it on the top left side, and shrink it down to 25%.
Step 2) Repeat the last Frame, but increase the size of the ice flake to 50%. Don't forget to move the other animation as you go through each slide.
Step 3) Repeat the last Frame, but increase the size of the ice flake to 75%.
Step 4) Repeat the last Frame, but this time, the flake should be at 100% size.
FRAME 35 OF 70
Step 1) You should be back to just the blanket of snow. It should also be about halfway through the screen.
FRAMES 36-39 OF 70
Step 1) Just repeat the process you did with the ice flake, but in the lower right area of the screen.
FRAME 40 OF 70
Step 1) Your blanket of snow should be located at the end like in Frame 10.
FRAMES 41-44 OF 70
Step 1) Repeat the process you did with the ice flake, but have the flake located a little above your test victim.
FRAME 45 OF 70
Step 1) Your blanket of snow should be located in the middle.
FRAMES 46-48 OF 70
Step 1) Select the animation that looks like a tiny icicle on the ground (It should be the third one). Place it so the left border touches the left border of the animation box. Don't forget to move your blanket of snow each Frame.
Step 2) In Frame 47, the only difference here is the icicle you select is the one right after the on you previously selected.
Step 3) n Frame 48, replace the medium glacier with the large glacier.
FRAMES 49-51 OF 70
Step 1) In Frame 49, use the same animation graphic you used in Frame 46. Place the left border halfway from the left border of the blue box that held your previous animation graphic of an icicle.
Step 2) Repeat the last Frame except use the medium glacier.
Step 3) Repeat the last Frame except use the large glacier.
FRAMES 52-54 OF 70
Step 1) For simplicity's sake, just do what you did before to this set.
FRAMES 55-57 OF 70
Step 1) Again, do what you did before.
FRAMES 58-60 OF 70
Step 1) Repeat the process yet again.
FRAMES 61-63 OF 70
Step 1) One final time, repeat the process.
FRAMES 64-70 OF 70
Step 1) Just continue your blanket of snow. By Frame 70, it should be on the left side's end.
Now for the Effects. This is what your list should be made of:
