There's really not much to say here except copyright infringement, there's not even a disclaimer anywhere before the game starts. Anyway, the score this game got is the score it deserves, I didn't just glance at it and give it this either, this is a completely unbiased review of EarthBound HD Remix, also known as "EarthBound 3".
-What's Good:
The ability to completely capture the look of the EarthBound world, it was so similar that it was almost disturbing. And it didn't just look like the game, it sounded like it, which was I guess the entire point.
-What's Bad:
Basically enemy difficulty. It seems that the enemies were made alright but never tested and personally out of all the actual EarthBound/Mother games i've played, this HD Remix version is the only one where you'll become very well-aquainted with the game over screen. Enemies turn out extremely over powered in comparison to the lone kid armed with a stick, dog casualty and the shirt on his back. And with no heal items starting out, you'll find yourself having trouble even fighting snakes and rats. One notable monster being the Slither Hen who one shot my poor defeatist dog, "Fang" and then proceeded to destroying son who surprisingly didn't die as quickly. It's as if your mother hated you enough to send you out just to die for a package.
The other bad thing was the tedious dungeon crawling. On top of both the forest and the mountains being such gigantic maps, which also turns out to be another problem, after you complete your suicide mission you have to go all the way back through it all, and to be honest, that's where I stopped.
The number one problem that I have with this game is the entire game itself. I admit that this must've taken some day-to-night effort to create, but my opinion still stands, it's still just another copy of a good franchise, it doesn't matter if there was never an EarthBound 3. My suggestion to you would be to instead of continuing to argue a meaningless point, you should instead take all of the effort and energy you put into making this game and have your team come up with an original game, and I mean completely original.
After all, you can't walk, talk and look like a duck and then call yourself a phoenix.
