Battle City Gold, such an addictive game...

Considering the many games I played made with RPGMAKER 2000 that involves other genres besides RPGs, this is one of the few that you can find really entertaining, and I'll explain why below...
Battle city Gold is a 3rd person shooting arcade game. This game consists basically in eliminating all your aggresors on each stage while making sure they don't take out your treasure in the process.
In each stage, as you keep defeating your opponents (other shooters) they drop items trigger certain functions. In some cases you get the Health kit, which will give you an extra life, while in others you get a liquor/wine bottle which will get your enemies drunk for a small set up time (with a very hilarious music and everything!) causing them not being able to move nor shoot back at you.
As the game being easy or hard, depends as how good you are in using your strategy to get past any obstacles and complete each stage without dying.
There were things that could have been fixed, such as the controlling settings... the fact that you have to use the "enter" button instead of just letting it be "Z" or something else more comfortable becomes a little annoying and tiring as you spend a long time playing.
Also graphics could have been improved, and could have been set up more realistic, such as adding certain animations for when the enemies die among other things.
The game could have featured some music tunes, at least for each 10 stages, as the game don't feature any besides the music on the title. Implementing at least a short story in the beginning and the last stage could have made the experience more interesting.
All in all, even though there were certain things missing, I recommend you play this game. I'm personally not that interested into shooters, but on this game It was worth making the exception and giving it a try.
