Well to start of,this is my first review,and Hymalan's Secret was one of the first gams I downloaded from RPGR.
Now we'll start with the storyline.Basically,you start off by falling out of the sky...um...ok.This kind of put me off the game at first but when you realy start playing you'll see past all of it.Eventually you get fished out of the sea by sailors.You wake up in a bed on the boat.and don't know anything about your past.Except that your name is Alex.It has a very cool day/night system,where the boat trip is going to take three days.So you actually DO need to sleep and pass the time.On the second day,there is a storm and on the third,you're attacked by pirates.The captain of the ship dies,and you and his right hand man(Ray)are taken prisoner.This is when you meet Tomek.He's undercover pretending to be a pirate.He saves you and joins you and Ray and helps you escape the ship.
The game features an ABS and you can change between party characters at any time with the num pad.Now there is a lot of comedy relief in the game(Such as when Tomek says:"it's time to kick ass,and smoke fireweed.And I'm all out of fireweed...I realy must buy some."There is also a lot of The Elder Scrolls IV:Oblivion referance too.Such as being able to raise your "Security Skill" by picking locks.There is also the inclusion of Elves,Dark Elves,Humans and Gnomes.I truly do recommend this game.There are a lot of interesting features which tie in with the storyline.Like how changing your clothes in the inventory,will actually change your appearance.Here are my ratings:

Gameplay:9/10
Audio:9/10
Difficulty:Challenging
Overall it is a great game with a good
4 Hours of gameplay if you include all the side
quests etc.That's why it deserves a near-perfect
score of...(Drum Cue)...
