Summarized Version:
In short, the focus seemed to be more on game play and story, and less on the audio/visual and combat. The game is very linear, the overall combat and balance is poorly designed, and the mapping needs a lot of work in some areas. On the other hand, the game does include a lot of additional features not found in a lot of RM games, the plot is intriguing, and there are plenty of optional quests to keep you entertained throughout most of the game.
Game Overall Rating: 6/10
If you are looking for an RMXP game with a decent story, then you should not have to look much further than Bloodsphere. However, I fear that most people will be turned away until the combat/balance has been adjusted to a more enjoyable level.
