With that joke done and dusted, I belive the correct title is needed, Glacia!
The story as I know it...
Glacia follows the story of Main charcter Rain Garshon the heir to throne of Glacia, During one fateful evening his wife executes her plan to become ruler of Glacia and become sadistic lady overload person... After killing the king and young Rain escaping thanks to one loyal bodyguard. Liliah his wife steps up as the country's new leader and declares war on neighbouring countries.
Ok so now that's been cleared up. Glacia uses a Real time Kaduki sideview battle system, personally I love sideview but I kind of dislike the idea of a wait gauge or atleast one that increases while I fumble through my items... Yep that's right the battle continues and you can't attack because one teammate forgot where he put his damn potion!!! DX
One of the many Unique features that this is the first encountment of is the Job Board, its great that I can pick up a sidequest at any inn... Although I don't want a quest from the opposite side of the map, For a certain cat mission I was a little short of funds... I had to walk a while for a pay that wasn't worth the effort.
This leads me on to the use of KCG's script of using TP to learn skills, I really think it worked there was a nice balance of how much tp you needed to earn to learn a skill and using the accessory space which I don't need. Genius!
The Alchemy system is a little... well useless. I found it miles simpler just to go to the shop and buy the finished product, just because I didnt want to go through all the trouble... In the game, there is also another side quest system through the Alchemist Sadie who requires a mass amount of items to give you a recipe you won't use. Her demands for items wern't hard it's just monster drops are so scarce!!
Even though there a couple of bugs in the system... Glacia is a very entertaining game, a great story and AMAZING music!
