Years ago, a mysterious force arrived. The force was called the Kaibutsu, a group of monsters who appeared in Durham Kingdom. They destroyed the land, and nobody could stand up to them. However, one hero stood up. That hero was Carolus. Alone, he defeated the Kaibutsu leader, and he saved the nation. People made him the king from that day forth. 5 years later, and political power has been surrendered to the Vassal Dukes, who are in dismal.
Three the Hard Way is an incredible game, possibly the longest storyline-wise in RPG Maker history. It features a rediculous amount of gameplay--20 to 30 hours to be exact and over 1000 maps! I hope you're ready for some serious gameplay.

This game is just so incredible. Amazing work put into it. Though i wonder when/if he will release his main project (non rpg as said in the README 2 file.)
I'd just like to know... |

Starts out weak and slow, starting with a few entertaining quests, but starts to pick up once you get into the Second Act of the game. Once the game hooks you, there's no putting this game.
iishenron did an AMAZING job, especially considering the length rivals a professional game. This is and will always be a classic. |

We used to host this back in 2004, but I never knew it was this huge! Incredible. I bet the reviewers will have lots of fun playing this if they don't die of old age first (bad joke). |
