Basic Gameplay

Your Goal in most cases is to knock your opponant off screen. Be it to the Left, Right, Top, or Bottom of the Screen.

Attacking


Okay before you start complaining that the controls are unresponsive, lemme tell you how the input module works. Basiically if you press a button it turns on a switch, then when your'e not pressing the button, it turns off. Due to some people slow computers, it adds buffer times. So if your having trouble with attacking, just hold the button longer. This isn't a button masher guys. Go play Soul Caliber if you want that. - BTW, this is my only rant thus far.

Advance Tactics


Everytime you attack your opponant, his / her damage percentage will increase. The more you damage someone, the farther they fly when you attack them.

This is true only most of the time. If you use a basic attack, most likely they will only fly a few pixils from you no matter how much damage they have. Likewise there is a limit to the ammount of damage someone can have in which there damage counter will go to "?00%." At this maximum, the opponant will fly no longer.

Computers


Computer are fairly dense, and there difficulty comes from characters attack strength. 70% of the time, when they attack they will hit you. So you must understand a standard tactic that has been used against CPU's since the very first smash bros. You can lead Computers into your attacks by running 100+ pixils away from them and shooting a projectile at them. Computers cant "see" projectiles. So they'll run right into them. Another thing, just hover around the top of the screen. Alot of the times computer will just keep jumping till they die.

Master Hand


Attack the Master Hand from above. His hit box is a little off, so the best strategy is to attack from above.

Air Attacking


Use everyone natural Ability to infinate jump to hover in the air, when an opponant comes up to attack you, time your attack so that they will be hit when they get right next to you. Or else you'll find yourself flying off the map.

Game Modes

-1P Modes -

>Classic Arcade - Fight through 9 stages of opponants with limited lives.


>Random Arcade - fight through random opponants on random stages with no effect if you when or lose.

>All-Star - Fight every character in the game, That's 34 Characters, Limited lives and limited ammount of healing items.

-2P Modes-

>Versus - Play against your friends or a computer in custom games. You can even play 2 Computers against each other.

Controls

1P - First Player

Left = Run Left

Right = Run Right

Enter = Attack

Up = Jump

Down = Duck

Left + Enter / Right + Enter = Side Attack (SA)

Up + Enter = Up Attack (UA)

Down + Enter = Down Attack (DA)

*X / Shift = Pause Game

2P - Second Player

A = Run Left

D = Run Right

Q = Attack

W = Jump

S = Duck

A + Q / D + Q = Side Attack (SA)

W + Q = Up Attack (UA)

S + Q = Down Attack (DA)

*Z / Shift / X = Pause Game

*Controls Do depend on which version of the game you are playing on.
