Well, it's been a couple years since I released the first demo for my RPG, "Revolution"...I have decided to release this second demo to let you all know that I am still working on it (I've been working on it for several years now). It's just hard to find the time these days is all...
This game focuses on the Renaissance, a group of warriors set out to spread new views and ideals to the civilians of the Ecco Kingdom. The team consists of: Arshes (15), the naive yet determined young fighter. Basil (18), the stubborn (rather thick-headed) lancer. Gloria (16), the humble (sometimes hot-headed) cleric. And Hilda (12-13), the quiet, determined mage. Together, they must face a possible underground conspiracy within the Kingdom, and face the forces of the Ecco Army.
The game is simply another entry of the XP series. All there is to do is follow the storyline, although you can also explore various areas, like the town of Ecco (you might even happen across some sub-plots). As it is, there is nothing too different from other RPGs, but I hope you enjoy it just the same.
I was kind of in a rush to get this in, but for the most part it has been tested several times, and I am not aware of any errors, but if you happen to come across any errors, inconsistencies or the like (specifically during the cutscenes), feel free to let me know. You may also feel free to let me know about anything I should change in terms of the writing or any specific names (it can be hard creating names for characters or places in a fantasy world, so I wouldn't be surprised if some of them just aren't proper). And yes, I know the characters have the default names set in the program, but the idea of this project was to make a game simply with all of the defaults (with some occasional additions). You can also let me know if anything in terms of terrain, architecture or overall gameplay should be changed (but that will be difficult to do, just to let you know). I welcome all criticisms!
