i finished downloading and lost my save by accidentbut thats no problem i noticed you cant pick the fire starter from the three pokemon anymore when speaking to ivy she tells you to pick one of the pokemon and you cant chose the fire one being stuck with the grass or water starter |

the extracting thing you mentioned hasnt worked for me or i dont know how to do it... anyways i decided to extract the extracter with 7 zip within a folder and the extracting actually went smoothly until the end of the extraction it failed at BGM 421 and said the mp3 file 421 is broken, im thinking this is the problem which caused the rmxp extractor to not work in the first place when ever extracting BGM 421 |

i didnt understand how to extract from a folder, so i extracted the rmxp extracter with 7 zip and actually it was going fine until it said the BGM file 421 . mp3 is broken and failed, so im guessing the file Bgm 421 doesnt work thus being broken thats why the extracter didnt work in the first place |

i checked the problem, and i found a way to fix it.
But, ur going to hav eto extract it from a folder, not
a rmxp extractor...thingy.

the game seems good, but i have a error with the download to pokemen topez 5.5, after downloading i have a application to extract your game, so i do so, but it always fails to extract at BGM 421 near end of the extraction, any soultion to this problem. |

ok thats cool also you should post your game at RpgMaker.Net that site is a good site to get your game known and also you'll most likely get more useful feedbacks there than here, also another question why are some pokemon battle '' back '' sprites in battle so small a example is a pokemon named Klaw and it seemed to be fairly sized pokemon but when you captre it and use that pokemon as your own its battle back sprite is small a lot , you could compare the sizes to a pidgey who should be the same size as Klaw , is this going to be fixed in future updates, thanks |

Also remember, this isn't exactly the easiest game to work on, even when made by the starter kit. There will be bugs, and there will also probrolly be a few bugs in the future, the complete version will be version 10.0,
and that will be the bug less, and glitch-less version.

The reason with the sprites like that is because I didn't rly get to finish them, And i can't rly just leave a pokemon with no icon, so, i kinda just copied and pasted.
For the main character thing, the starter kit i used to make this game kinda came like tht, It's a simple thing to change,
And version 5 rly depends on when the pokemon Black and White Icons come out. I alrdy hve the sprites, the stats, and the other things i need for them, just not the icons. Once I can find icons for them, then expect the release date to be 3-5 weeks from then. |

By the way i forgot to mention this isnt really a porblem but the main character walking sprite doesnt match his character sprite when he's in battle , i think your using a firered/leafgreen version walking sprite while your using the emerlad version battle sprite, white haired boy with green backpack, in battle with pokemon's, could you match the walking sprite and battle sprite also is the pokemon party icons gonna be fized as well, for example my starter was that fire pokemon and his icon in the pokemon party menu was correct and later i caught some pokemon ( i dont know which though ) and i got a tarus icon for the pokemon party menu instead of the correct icon of that caught pokemon, also would Version 5 of Pokemon Topaz be finished and released |

I'm very sorry about the pwipe that will be comming, but it is out of my control, and it has to be done to completely get rid of a certain bug that is messing up a few of the players games, It does not affect all ppls games, but it affects some. |

Yes, version 5 will have a pwipe, but, ill post some screenshots and updates of V.5 before it comes out, you could always save two different fies, one for version 5 and one with ur old file incase u wanna keep going.
But once version 5 is finished, then just try it a little bit, if you like it better, then keep going. |

I have proof that i made this project as well, sure, i didn't make up the idea of pokemon, and i didn't make the scripting, but i did everything else, i did the mapping, i looked for the music, i edited and re sized the sprites, i named the new pokemon, i added the 5th generation pokemon,
and i did alot more. There are other games called pokemon topaz but, they are all hacked versions of the original game, this is not. |

ok, i found out the problem, the partner accidently had two action event pages instead of one, so by default, it went to the second one instead of keeping to the first one.
I deleted the second action event page on that event so it will go to the first one to defeault and i also fixed the black name bug.
The download you hve to look out for with both of these fixed is pokemon topaz 4.1 fixed. |

ok, i found the bug, it seems to happen when u start a new game, if u die WITHOUT healing at a pokemon center, the game will mess up and send u to premade test map and play the text over and over again. All u hve to do, is heal at a pokemon center, and ull be fine. |
