I bought the game, but I feel that something is...lacking? I'm not really sure, but I just think that people familiar with free RPG Maker XP games will enjoy this game much less than people who aren't. The art is gorgeous. It's my favorite part of the game, but not in a $20 kind of way. The clumsy execution of the story and the lack of dimension in the characters left me a bit unimpressed. There's a certain standard that Amanda reached and that's all she was aiming for, I believe. ^^; |

I can understand why one would want to sell a game that they spent a lot of time on. Unfortunately, from what I was able to gauge from the demo, this is -not- a professional quality game. Yes, it looks nice, but there are little things that drag it down - such as parts of the game where the dialogue feels... awkward. One of the biggest is that if you pay attention, you can see where parts of tilesets and other elements (such as bgms and sound effects) are taken straight from RPGMaker's default packages. In my opinion, if you're going to market something like this, it needs to be completely custom, or at least more custom than this. This game has potential, and in any other circumstance I might consider playing past the demo - but it's just not worth paying for. The official website has the game listed for $20.00, which is most definitely more than I'm willing to pay for this game, and even if you -can- by it at $6.99, I'm still not sure if it's worth it. |

I played the demo. Its cool. Especially the town. But its actually wicked stupid that you have to buy this. I mean, I know its like 30 hours of gameplay, but come on. Buy an RPG Maker Game? |
