Hello,
I am working with a friend on a game.
At the beginning, we thought it was going to be freeware, so I didn't bother looking at licenses.
However, recently, we have decided that this game warents comercialization.
So, we are collecting free and non-free music tracks for the game.
The prison complex uses the vip - dungeon1 MID file, and if the rmtk resources are royalty free for comercial use, we may use others like it.
My question is, what is the license for rmtk resources? I have been looking around for this for about 2.5 weeks.

It might be best to ask this question on the
RPG Toolkit questions forum.
I'm not really sure how to answer your question, aside from the fact that you are only granted a license for anything that you own rights to or have permission to use. So my guess would be to ask for permission if you are using audio resources that are not yours. (If you cannot get in touch with the author, or don't know who the author is, then simply find another audio track to replace those resources you don't have expressed permission to use.) =]
