Err... I just realized RPG Maker XP has no tiles for an outside world. What's up with this? sad.gif

This is actually a Graphics Request, this isn't the right section to post this.

However, you could just try googling it, in the Image section. I've just done it and I can assure you that it works.
You'll surely find a decent Worldmap tileset for XP wink.gif

Well... xD I wasn't really requesting tilesets. All I wanted to know was why the program didn't include any. I have come to the part in my game where the character moves to the outside world, but when I checked the tilesets for one... there were none.

Next time, I'll move the conversation to the request section regardless, or I'll continue it there. happy.gif

I checked Google, but the ones I found are very different in style from the tilesets in XP. I just wonder why the program didn't bring any. It's weird.

Well, there's no actual reason not to include a world map tileset, in my opinion...
You've got the point.

Anyway, I think you'll find a good solution here.

RzrBladeMontage and some good old guys put a lot of effort to gather all these resources, and I found a nice-looking world map tileset in the Tilesets / Inquisitor folder.

BTW, yours wasn't exactly a request, it was just a discussion, you're free to keep it on here.
Your first post really deceived me mellow.gif

I hope this can help,

Thanks a lot for the link. I'll most definitely check it out. happy.gif
MissCoriel
The RPG Maker series each are supposed to produce different kinds of RPGs. There is no world map Tileset for XP because it has everything set to be a Kind of Secret of Mana set up (each place is a room so to speak) Of course with scripting and downloading tilesets this can be changed.
Jens of Zanicuud
So, it was designed to be like Secrets of Mana?
I didn't know that, I thought to a randomly Final Fantasy...
Well, this would certainly explain something more wink.gif

Pretty much what MissCoriel said. Although I don't think it was designed so much with Secret of Mana in mind as it was just a more adventurous rpg, or you would think they would have included an action-based battle system.

However, left it off they did, for whatever reason, including facesets and vehicles, and a few other things I'm sure.

Since this part of the forum is primarily for support, and the only way to fix the issue with missing world map pieces and vehicles is through scripts and resources, I'll go ahead and close this now.
