Hello, Can somebody help me and create a tileset of this picture for RPG maker 2003? It's just that I don't have a clue of editing pictures.

A few things:
1. You can't ask for rips. If somebody is willing to create tilesets in this likeness that's one thing, but asking for somebody to rip the graphics off another game or screenshot is not allowed.
2. You're asking about this in the wrong area. It should be requested in Resource Requests.
3. You need to have had 20 posts before you can make any requests.
