Click to view attachment As you can see in the picture, this is my problem. I created custom sprites, saved them in the BMP, PNG file, I tried everything (using Paint + Ifran View/ Photoshop). Everytime I test my game, these weird boxes appear around all NPCs and Heroes. Not only that, the graphics are a little bit cut off, what makes the sprites appearence annoying. I really don't know how to fix that, and I hope someone can help me. It would be very kind of you...

You images need to have a palette assigned to them; green being the transparent colour.
The help file provides information as stated:

I have such a sheet. I uploaded the image, and I filled the green colour in, but it still doesn't work. It is in the Charset folder, and I think it is just the size it should be. I still have these annoying boxes aroud the sprites...

Ah, so basically the colour profile for the transparency was not set. So by importing it to 2003, the system chose black instead of the green.
Best way of solving this is using another program (not windows paint) to modify this.
(Or you can post or PM me and I'll be more then willing to do this for you)

Thank you very much for that! I'm giving you my greatest thanks!

I have to edit some characters, so I would send them by PN to you, if you don't mind. I really would appreciate that if you would edit some CharSets for me.

No problem. It's one of those limitations you have to deal with 2003. Whereas the other programs tell you to pick your transparent colour, 2003 just goes by a palette... Oh the old days of editing.
Enough rambling; you're welcome

The easiest way to do this is with Idraw3.. takes a bit of work to get it to work on anything past Windows XP but well worth it.

Thank you, but kayden already helped me with this issue.
Kayden, could you do the same to this sheet? It's my hero sheet which is completed now.

@athean334 This is an off topic question but where did ya find them battlechar set? The ones that face front. I have been looking all over for ones like that but the only ones I have seen are side viewing ones. So I have been usin battle animations to do this which is very poor lookin
