Hi,first post here in like a year o.o...now I wanted to have a emphasis on back story in my game so I've been making a alphabet or my game(Just used a random letter generator for the language) I just wanted some feedback on it

Language overveiw

Language in the game

Throughout the game you'll find runes and carvings of the language Of course you'll find special glasses that will translate it FFX style

I loved FFX style translation, however will all text be placed in this language or will it be a la Final Fantasy X where only some things are in a foreign Language.

A few questions though. Why are you using a different language? Does it become rather important later in the game. This is something that FFX didn't quite manage to fortify. The point of using a different language. Also WHY do some people speak "english" and other speak the other language. These are things you need to consider when deciding to stick another language in there smile.gif

For the most part its a ancient language that tells the story of the main villain but will also direct where secret equipment is.Sorry I'm never good at forum post
