Feature: Element Cost Rate

Similar to "mcr" (mp cost rate), this script allows you to adjust the MP/TP costs of any skills based on the skill element.

So for example you might have an accessory that halves the cost of all Fire spells.

Usage

Tag feature objects with

CODE
<ft: ecr element rate>


Where

`element` is the ID of the element, or the name of the element (all lower-case)
`rate` is the cost multiplier as a float.

So a rate of 0.5 means the cost is halved, rate of 2 means the cost is doubled.
