I am using execute_string, and I like it, but people say it slows down the frame rate and such. I was wondering if someone could analyze this further. I would like to use execute_string if possible, for it has so much power, but speed MAY be bad. This isn't exactly a scripting problem; just a performance problem.
Basically, I would like to know how much it slows down the game's speed. Also, how much of these execute_strings would be working near the same time would be noticeable lag.

I would let that depend on what kind of game your making. Like when I was making DVP it didnt need much speed becuase it was more of like a waiting sort of game.
