I need your opinion on a story of my current project. The World of Chaos series originally started as these 5 heroes of chaos who were skilled in something like Cassandra the mage , Menestra the assassin, Captain Shard the warrior, Falcon Murrine the templar, and the leader Dreg the battle mage. They have past away and now a chosen one was born and everyone knew who that person was because the kings of the 10 elements announced who was. he new chosen one is James and he is suppose to learn the elements of.... fire, Ice, Earth, wind, holy/thunder, metal, and quoon (Magic I made up). He is suppose to defeat King Magnificents (Who was the leader of the enemies of order) son named Vortex (Who vows to fulfill his fathers dreams who is still alive) used a mechanical hand forged by King Shen (One of the enemies of order who is also still alive) using the forge of the alien gods (Relic made from alien gods). James is suppose to meditate at his home to connect with the spirit guardiians (Who are the old heroes of chaos) because James is a soon-to-be archmage warrior and without his magic he could be nearly nothing. Can he beat Vortex even when Vortex was able to learn such a devistating skill used because of his magical mechanical hand and the fact him and his followers has guns?

Well, do you like it? biggrin.gif

I hate discouraging creativity, but honestly, it sounds very shonen-y, immature and trite. The themes are plebeian. The characters are flat. The plot is cliche. If this is what you're into, do it. You should make the kind of games you like to play. It's not wrong, there's just something I don't get about stuff as simplistic as megaman.
