Okay, so I just bought a windows 8 computer. and when I run rpg maker vx in fullscreen it like....lags.. and my old one
didn't (my old one was a dell dimension) and I know that's definitely worse then my computer..so why the lag?

I'm not familiar with Windows 8, but I've heard a steady amount of complaints against it, including several in the RM world. You're probably going to want to check with RMW to see if their tech support can offer any assistance.

I Checked on the RPG maker website. and the system requirements said windows XP/Vista/7, No windows 8. so..
Yeah. you don't think its my computer do you?

As far as I know, RMXP works just fine on Win8, so I think RMVX should present no problems at all...
Are you sure your new computer is as powerful as the previous one (or better?).
It could even be a problem with the graphic card or the processor... I'm almost sure this isn't a software issue.

Yes, RPG maker XP works fine with my computer. but not VX.
I have an AMD E1 Processor and and a AMD radeon 7310. my old computer was a Dell dimension
And my new computer can run Call of duty (it has lags but still), Its much better than my old one..I think..?(My old one could not run COD).

okay, an update.
I returned that computer and got a new one.
and the bad news is, It still lags.
Specs:
Intel I5
NVIDIA GTX 650
64 bit OS.
Windows 8
It can run call of duty 60FPS though....
