We actually had one for a while, it got kind of spammy. You can recruit in your games topic and mention that you are looking for people in your signature. It is best to discuss recruitment with interested people via pm after that point.

This was a great idea, you get people waving there site around and spamming updates to the team..... Almost a mess. I agree that its better to keep recruiting to pm's and outa the public zone.

Yeah, we also had to have disclaimers because RRR isn't responsible for recruitment "transactions" that take place, and it got messy at one point. =\

One of the best methods to look for someone to "hire" is to check out resource topics to see what members can do and then PM them directly asking what their rates are (if any) and getting a sense of what they can help you with. =]

I fight that choice till my last dying breath! I thought it was a good idea to have the topic to, made it much simpler. So sorry yeah we used to have one but it's gone and probly gone for good to. I do remember the problems we had with it but no topic goes smoothly all the time.

However they did give you some good advice, for whatever skill you are needing just look in the section for it and you will find the skilled people you need.
