Tutorial Request Thread

This thread is for you to post your tutorial requests. Please ensure that you have used the Search Function and also remember to check the A-Z of Tutorials. If you still have no luck in the end, feel free to make a post below.


Rules:

1. You can place one request every 60 posts.
2. Do not request something that has already been requested.
3. No conversations between members. This is what PM's are for.
4. Do not fulfill a request in this thread. A new topic should be made. A link in this post is allowed.
5. Necroposting is allowed, only when a request has been fulfilled or a new Request is being placed.

I've messed around with RGSS2 for about 1-2 years and quit it and forgot everything there is to it except patterns like

class <name> [inherit sign (>/<) <other_class>]
def <name> ( ... )
# Do something
end
end

But I have no idea how to start out RGSS3... all the tutorials in the RGSS3 tutorials section don't explain how to start RGSS3... they just give tutorials for specifc things I want general.

Help would be appreciated! Thanks

This is NOT a request thread for scripts. This is a request thread for scripting tutorials ie how to complete this, how to do that. etc. To request scripts you must have 100+ posts. Please read rules before posting.

My mistake. I had actually thought I had worded my request as a tutorial, when I had asked about what kinds of things I would need to do to change/update terminology from VX to VXA. I was not attempting to circumvent any rules or anything. As I don't really know how to get a hold of Shanghai(or if the user even still frequents the site) I was hoping someone else could help me out. As the script in question was not initially mine, I did not feel right just posting the script here for other people to utilize.
