When mapping in VX Ace, it lets me walk on top of interior roof tiles as in tile spot A4. Originally it wouldn't, but as time goes on and I finish a map, it suddenly lets me walk on top of A4 tiles that, in the database, are marked with an X.
I'm not sure why since I haven't touched the tileset priorities between the time I began mapping and the time I finish.
I have a few Yanfly scripts; however, my lost demo game Etherworld used the same scripts and never had the walk-on-A4-even-when-priority-X problem, so I'm sure it isn't that. The Yanfly scripts I have don't modify tilesets to my knowledge either.
Anyone have any suggestions as to why this is happening.

I'm not too familiar with this script, so the only thing I can say is maybe somewhere you have an event causing your character to be always on top?

Nope. No map events. I even try on a new map with just four floor spots and some wall and the character still walks on it.
Really frustrating.
I removed all scripts. Nothing helps.

Make sure the top left tile in the B Tab is blank and an X. If it's set at O or star, it will mess up the auto tiles.
