Alright, so i have free time...
and... i've had some people ask me about my shading, though i've always been too shy to really show how i do it. But i would like to do something beneficial. The thing is though, is there a demand for a tutorial on shading or something like that? Or pretty much anything graphic-related...

i was talking with another artist, and she thought it'd be a good idea, but i want to know what the community thinks. i like discussing and helping, and i'd kinda rather do something like that. i want to teach something if people want to learn it.

Just post here any opinions or suggestions i guess on a graphics tutorial that would be useful.
Or even if you think no one would be very interested, cuz well.. i'm starting to think that.. (lol.")

any... feedback? a... comment? i know i'm not a pro and this isn't an art thread.

... :((
Klokinator
This should really be in the art forum xD

For critique, I despise her eyes. They look pixelated and garbled, you ought to redraw those if possible. Whatever she's holding in her left hand is held... really awkwardly. Her right calve looks like she was in a fight because it is black and blue. And what is that brown in her crotch? Looks like she shit her panties or something.

Aww who am I kidding, I'll never art this good >.>'

ohhh, i wasn't sure. D: i thought that was for actually posting art or something.

And i can't tell if u are joking lol... (!) i hope u are, i didn't think it was that bad.. DD:

A shading tutorial would be helpful indeed.
I, personally, already know my shading, but other could/will benefit of it.
Then again, I'm clueless about this thread. We discussing your picture or the idea of the tutorial?

That's just Klok's sense of humor kicking in.
... Of course, Klokinator's little criticisms do have some basis in fact; the eyes look kind of cloudy, and the dagger needs a handle in order to make much sense, but other than that, she's pretty well-drawn.

Anyway, about a tutorial on shading, I'm not much of an artist myself, but just because there isn't demand for it (if there isn't; I barely know what shading is) doesn't mean you shouldn't make it. It could be really helpful to someone.

oh lol. Yeah, im a bit on the gullible side. ha hahaha... XD

As for the criticism, thanks for the feedback. :] it was a request i had and i have to say that i never really liked how it turned out. It's actually... one of my worst pictures LOL ("), because i didn't want to make this a fashion show. The dagger, it weirds me out too btw, although that's apparently what the person wanted drawn.

Yeah, i know what u mean by a tutorial helping someone. A tutorial will (usually) always help someone. i want to focus on a tutorial that would be truly helpful though, or a category that'd be nice to cover. idk, i'll see how the results turn out, but yeah, im starting to think i will do one anyway, even if only 1 person or something wants it.
