Which of these are better? Spanish or Portuguese projects made by rpgmaker ?
I'm just translating my website of free indie games (made also by rpgmaker) in french with very success and now i'm undecided between Spanish and Pourtuguese... what are your opinions ?

That really depends on who your audience is.
If you go Spanish, you'll be covering a lot more, since there are more countries where Spanish is the primary language that Portuguese.
However, if your target is South America (namely Brazil), then you could go Portuguese and attract a lot of people. =]

I wouldn't say that one is better than another, but mostly because it really depends on who you are trying to target.
