

Hiya guys. This is a project i've been pondering for awhile, and started around a week ago. Oracle Engine
is an open source, game development kit with a system similar to that of "The Legend Of Zelda; Oracle of" Series,
or Final Fantasy Adventure.(Think dungeon crawler RPG with an ABS system) Anyways, I am working on this
project while I learn C programming, and to help promote RRR and Game Editor. Oracle Engine is built in Game Editor,
a C, C#, and C++ game creator. (It's pretty much a visual coding program, and it is also open source.) And i'm going to be releasing the source code to you guys to see what you can make with it.

~| Single Player adventure
~| 2-4 player Cooperative Play
~| Custom graphics, music, and sound
~| Online Play (In the far future.)
~| Open Source, so you can make your own!
~| Pixel Precise movement
~| Weapon and Item Upgrades
~| Menu's, Titlescreen, etc.
~| Much, much more, that i'm not going to write yet.

I know the mapping isn't great, but an example; The statues are throwing fireballs while I run around the room. XD

Q. So, if Oracle Engine is open source, does that mean it's free? Even commercially?
A. Yes, Oracle Engine is free, commercial or not. Game Editor is also free, except a commercial license is $99.
Q. Your doing this all by yourself? Graphics, programming, music and sound is quite a lot to do.
A. Well, yes, but I am not very good at making music and sound effects. I will be looking for a musician for
music and sound, though.
Q. So, is this an SDK or...?
A. Pretty much, yes.
Q. Do you need any help with it?
A. I could use somebody who is good at creating music and sound effects.
Q. Why are the game screenshots so small?
A. Because the tiles are made at 16px x 16px, unlike RPG Maker whereas they are made at 32px x 32px.
Q. Oh, ok. Are you going to make any 32px x 32px Kits?
A. Yes! I will make a kit version where everything is blown up x2, even the window.(16 x 2 = 32) lol.
