Hello, I'm not sure if this would be the right place to put this, but here goes. I've been trying to post a new topic in the Resource Request section of the forums... However, it won't let me. Everytime I attempt it I get the "Sorry, you do not have permission to start a topic in this forum." It's odd because I've never had a problem posting in the forum before, and it seems other people are still posting in it. It's also obvious I'm not blocked from the entire forum for whatever reason, because I'm posting here... and through testing I've proven that I can post in other sections as well. Anyhow, is there a problem I'm not seeing?
