So I've been fiddling around in the database and I'm sure you can guess what I want to know from the title.
I know it can be controlled with turn number, but for enemies with multiple skills I don't want it to look so regimented.
Is there some sort of use at random function I'm missing?
Keeping them on 'always' kinda works but then their just going all guns blazing. Stick on an MP cap and they end up just using the crappy regular attack after a bit.

This is a bit vague so I'm not sure of what you want exactly. If you want skills to be chosen randomly, just assign the same rating to all of them. You can double up skills in the action pattern in order to control the frequency as well.
