Hey everyone. it's been a while since i have been on here. I am attempting ti make a survival game on VX. I am posting in hopes that anyone has any ideas that they would like to see any suggestions or even if there are resources for the game that you can give me to put in that you would like to see, then I welcome all suggestions. Any of the material that is sent ot me through any one person of course will get all due credit in the game and will be properly used in the context they were made for. If there any sprites, actors, characters or any other objects that you would like to see in the game or any other suggestions then please send me s response with details.

Some thoughts, I always wanted to make a survival rpg game, but then the spark just dies as soon as I begin.
Here is an idea I had for a game called Vivia:
You and your partner have planned a week long fly in fishing trip into Ontario bush country. About 40 miles from the next town, the plane is forced down to a lake that is to small for safe landing. The pilot lands, but is unable to stop the plane before it plows into the shoreline.
Your partner suffers a broken arm and minor injuries but is able to move around. The pilot is extremely hurt and requires immediate medical attention, or will die within the next day. The plane's radio is destroyed. YOU are the only person who is not hurt in the party.
The terrain between you and the next town consists of lakes, muskeg swamp, bogs and virtually impenetrable woods. You estimate the trip to me 60-80 miles to get out.
You have 1 day.(24 Hours)
Starting Supplies:
1 Camp Saw
1 Lantern
1 Insect Repellent
1 Frypan
1 Handgun (.32 caliber)
2 packs dried beef
1 pack of dried fruit
buoyant boat seat cushions
1 hatchets
1 Camp Stove
2 First aid kits
Map
Fishing Tackle
Compass
Can you survive?

Yes that is a good idea plot for a less scary survival game. I know how to work with the clock system..well if it is the same clock system i used before. I'm looking for ideas more surrounding something like Silent Hill or RE. The issue is I want to create something new and fresh and try to get new ideas so that it does not seem repetitive. My ultimate goal is to put ideas to paper and then make test game in RPG vx, so that i can put it into a better form for platform systems or computers with advanced graphics. If anyone has any ideas on making a horror/survival game please send any ideas or thoughts. However with your permission Storm237 if i find some time I would like to try creating something along your idea line. Thanks for the idea and all thoughts are welcome as long they constructive and helpful.

that's nice when someone create his own game, but the technologies are quite developed and there is no need to create bad games with bad graphics and sounds

I'm not really sure where you are going with that comment Marietta or what you are refering to?

In regards to the whole idea it sounds very intresting as I haven't really seen too many games that do anything like this. If someone could actually start developing a game such as this one it'd be great, but it would take a lot of work and determination.
