Maybe any1 know's this chat tab script name? Spent like 30 minutes looking for it, and didnt found anything..

I assume it could be DubeAlex' Advanced Message Script System (AMS)...
It looks almost similar...

Or You Could Try HERMES, You can find it at the RGSS Script Submissions.

It could also be Ccoa's UMS, which allows for text to hover in small boxes like that over the event.

I would go with Dubealex's it's very simple to use and a lot easier to find than Ccoa's....
The code to make them hover over different events in Dubealex's is you just put \p[x] before the message (where 'x' is the event id, leave 0 for the player) and voila!
