Can I be honest, fair and square? I find them little monotonous... Maybe employing some strings and bass, or at least synths? I'm a rough composer, but in my little opinion, these themes are neither incisive, nor recall some genre of atmosphere... Sorry, but this is my opinion... However, don't give up and keep on composing, there's no better way to learn:)

Do you use Guitar Pro or Tux Guitar? They're nice programs to edit and compose MIDIs... the former is better, but the latter is freeware:) If you study music or have a good knowledge of pentagrams and tones, well, I think they could serve you well... To be honest, there's even Finale, but I found it boring and difficult to use...

Sounds like FL Studio, Fl Slayer. Everyone has a beginning! Usually to improve sounds or music I end up making my own synths or customize your own Slayer sound to make it sound more official. Good ideas, just needs more instruments and little touches of volume or echo/reverb effects to carry it out smoothly. That's for the first song. Same with the second, I like what you're going for. Keep working on it and mess around with other songs and discover new things. Keep it up!

@Jens thanks and no just the normal FL slayer. but if the programs are free ill check em and use em. I don't study music but i have learned guitar and have gotten into playing bss and such so i know alittle here and there. I'm still learning and practicing to try and make my own music and for Asylum
@Paradelous actually i did use my own settings on the FL studios. I never liked the shitty defult settings lol, but i shoulda probably used the dry setting so i could have cute the dis. completely but i didn't know that it did that xD should guessed though lol. The second one i'll defiantly try and fit in some more instruments, maybe some strings idk. Hey thats whys its the UST, bc it might change lol

Haha, true that. FL Slayer has much to offer and other VSTs too. Keep up the style though, it definitely has a lot of potential. Reminds me of a Castlevania enviroment with Guilty Gear music. Hope your project goes well!

@SloaTheDemon Well, actually these programs uses pentagrams and guitar tabs, so if you know something about guitars, well it should be rather simple to use them. Maybe I'll try FL studio, just to see how it works... I agree with Paradelous, however: More echo and more reverbs! We all want to hear a whole frightening atmospheric theme:) I'm sure you will able to compose that:) Good luck, guy...

well its kinda why i went with a chorus feel but ill try putting in some reverb too, Wat alot og ppl don't know is that chorus give that echo effect too just not as good but also gives that smooth suspenseful feel which is kind of what im going for bc Beautiful darkness is the title screen music for the game and the other were still deciding i was just bored and kind made that one xD so that one is probably gonna be worked on and i will definitely keep in mind to add more instruments and some more reverb sound and i hope u guys will like the OST when i have. TYVM much for the feedback it is much appreciated

Haven is far away better than Big Shot, but still not at the same level as Nowhere is Safe or Taste of Blood... Have you heard any of the groups I adviced you before? They're worth a shot.
Anyway, good job, guy, although it misses something... Try adding strings or synth effects in background, just to create some more atmosphere...
EDIT: Hei! What about Fight to Death? It's an awesome battle music! I found it on Youtube by chance, but it's definitevely as good as Taste of Blood!
