I have no idea if this is the correct place to be asking for help and if it's not, please give me directions. Here's what I would like help with:
I am creating a Pokemon game using Pokemon Essentials Starter Kit. It comes with sprites from the GBA Pokemon games. I would like to replace those sprites with ones from the DS games. How do I do this? I tried but they are just too large. I don't want to change the size of the sprites themselves because it distorts them. Is there a way I can change the entire screen size of RPG Maker XP to fit the DS sprites? If so, how can I do it?

About the sprites, you may look here:

I shall note that if their size is too big for you or the RPG Maker, you can just edit them with a painting program such as GIMP or Photoshop to reduce their size easily and without problem! wink.gif

It will not distort them at all if you use something like GIMP, Photoshop, or even picnik.com to resize them. You just resize them to 75% or w/e the rest of the sprites are. I'll advise that DS style sprites mixed with GBA sprites will probably clash though.
