How to get there: Whenever walking the desert at midday, walk North, it'll appear over the horizon
Time: Always just after 12.
The sun was bearing down harsh, as always, at the Central Saloon. The wooden shack was never short of two things: Alcohol and newcomers. Behind the bar, a short balding man with grey hair rushed about to get drinks served. Some people paid with different forms of money, but most dropped off trinkets or tried to trade. One man by the end of the bar raised his hand. Barely a moment passed before the barkeeper strode over and topped up the man's glass. No money was passed.
"Thank you, Twist" the man said, barely loud enough to be heard. He gave the slightest of nods as he spoke, his long tophat shading his face in an almost unnatural way. Raising the glass, he turned around to the rest of the bar and scoured the talent. As he turned, a few drinkers stopped drinking to turn. A few were familiar with who he was, and the rest just knew when to show respect. The others stopped out of confusion. He stood up, his boots clapping on the floor as he did. A gust of wind blew in through the doors and caused his cloak to wave gently as he spoke, Limbo had a habit for drama like that.
"How many of you bastards are here to see Elders Graym?" he asked menacingly.
Nov 17 2011, 12:40 PM
As usual, the saloon was filled with people and drinks, the smell of alcohol probably climbing it's way up the nostrils of anyone who was not used to it, not that it didn't go for it's old costumers, really, just that those were pretty much already used to the smell of it, much like Addo's case. He had just finished gulping down his second tankard of ale. His dull green eyes staring at the empty end of the tankard as he flipped it around and shaked it slightly, trying to pour some more alcohol out of it, even if there wasn't any. "Tch...Come on, barkeep, hit me another one." Addo called out somewhat loudly, shaking the tankard around up high for a bit, the antique rifle on his back shaking and making a few nudging sounds as he did. The barkeep approached with a sigh. "More again? Do you even still have anything to trade for that?" Addo frowned, considering it for a bit, he looked down at his chest and pulled out what seemed to be a necklace with a silver cross in it, it glinted lightly before he handed it over to the barkeep. "Here, take it, I don't need it anymore, anyways."
The barkeep took the cross, staring at it for a bit before he gave Addo more alcohol, as requested, and then proceeded to go attend to another client, who proceeded to, shortly after, start calling all the attention to himself, wonderful. Addo heard the man speak him while he drank, staring at the man through the transparent bottom of the tankard. Addo chuckled some as the man finished, setting the once more finished tankard back in the counter and getting up from his seat. Tripping a bit before he recovered his balance properly and walked up to the man with the top hat. "That'd be me, and I don't take kindly to being called a bastard, signore." Addo announced, scratching the back of his head with a sigh.
Nov 17 2011, 01:22 PM
Elders swung back his drink, confident that at least a few more voices would overcome their nerves given time, and approached the drunk. He looked capable, mad at least. Mad was good. Those with a flair of madness didn't try to follow rules that didn't exist, they survived. But drunks were a liability.
"Name?" Graym enquired. Names were a perfect test of character.
Nov 17 2011, 01:33 PM
Addo yawned a bit, fixing his posture up a bit as he joined his feet together, though a bit clumsily due to the alcohol, he then made a very formal bow, shaking his hand slightly as he did and lowering his head. "Addo De Luca, at your service." He resumed his normal stance, covering his mouth to hide a hiccup, he cleared his throat before he continued. "So, I'm guessing you are this Grayms, character, no? Pleasure to meet you." Addo declared with a sheepish smile, his expressions suddenly turned serious as he narrowed his eyes. "So, I heard you have information in how we can get out of this place..." Addo said as he gently moved one of his hands upwards and let his chin rest on it. "Before anything, mind if I ask where you did get hold of such information?"
Nov 17 2011, 02:00 PM
Graym nodded lightly with approval. He glanced between the bar and the crowd as Addo asked his questions, and quickly reached a firm conclusion: He didn't feel much like answering questions yet. He turned back to Addo and raised his hand onto his shoulder,
"Listen." Elders said, a plan formulating underneath his grin, "Twist here owes me for saving this place many times, I say two words to him and you get free drinks any time you're here." he paused for effect, if you didn't enjoy the moment you could die here, "Now I can answer your questions now, or we can have ourselves a few drinks while waiting for the others. Your choice."
Elders raised his arm up for Twist to see. As soon as the man turned around, Graym pointed to Addo and called out,
"This guy." Twist nodded and began pouring out two more drinks.
Nov 17 2011, 02:06 PM
Addo seemed a bit disappointed, he frowned, lowering the hand that was on his chin back down as he crossed his arms, after being quiet for a moment he simply shrugged. "All right, when you put it like that, who am I to refuse?" Addo said as he walked to grab the drink, sipping it before he turned to Graym again. "So...How many are we waiting for?"
Nov 17 2011, 02:19 PM
Elders walked alongside Addo, grabbing his drink at the same time and taking a few sips. He was never too sure how Twist got his alcohol, and Twist was never too sure how Elders survived so long out here. It was just one of those facts you accepted about Limbo, and Elders never got tired of it. After a few more seconds of silence Graym finally decided to answer Addo's question,
"People have a tendency to die around me, it's hard getting out of here, so it really depends on who still has hope."
Nov 17 2011, 06:01 PM
Outside Central Saloon
Keon stares at the doors of the Saloon before opening his locket, Which has a picture of his sister inside.
"I'll be with you soon, Cisna." He takes a deep breath and goes inside.
Keon looks around the busy Saloon and starts to walk up to the counter to get a drink and to be pointed to Elders. "I'm looking for Elders Graym." Keon puts a sliver bracelet on the counter. "I'm sure you could point me in the right direction." The barkeep takes the Bracelet and points at Elders, "Thank you." Said Keon before walking over to the man. "So, you're Elders Graym.." Keon says as he puts out his hand to shake.
Nov 18 2011, 11:47 AM
Graym tapped the counter and turned to the newcomer. Returning the handshake he nodded and asked a question of his own,
"Name?" he waited a moment before turning to Addo, "This is Addo by the way"
Nov 18 2011, 12:03 PM
Keon look's at Addo before answering the question, "I'm Keon Ludwik." He said with a slight grin. "Do you really know a way back to reality?"
Nov 18 2011, 03:58 PM
The right door of the saloon creaked open as a young lady walked in. Customers turned to stare. It wasn’t every day a girl, who was no older than a fresh high-school graduate would walk into this kind of establishment. Unlike the cliché scenario where the hooligans would whistle, and make lewd comments about such a fine specimen, the men quickly turned their attention away.
The girl’s appearance was less than graceful. Here white gown was stained both red and brown from blood. She wore contacts which made her irises and unnatural white. Needless to say, if the situation was different; perhaps if they had been in a dark alley, one could have easily mistaken her for Nightmare of some sort.
Regardless, her mere presence was enough to kill the lively atmosphere in the saloon, replacing it with one of apprehension. No one looked back, not wanting to meet her icy gaze. Everything was silent save for the girl’s footsteps as she walked towards the bar. The only customers who paid her any heed were Elders Graym and his companions, and the bartender who cleaned a glass as he cautiously looked on at the customer.
“Well, what’ll it be?” asked the bartender once the girl had made it to the counter. He had long since abandoned the glass, his attention solely on the girl.
The girl replied. Her voice was low and hoarse, as if she had lost her voice the other day.
“What was that?”
The girl turned her head to the floor submissively breaking eye contact with the bartender, but still managed to speak up a little. “Graym.”
The bartender looked over at the trio before pointing there direction. The girl’s gaze followed.
Nov 18 2011, 04:27 PM
Keon takes a sip from his flask, waiting for Elders to answer his question. He notices the young woman. "I think you have another visitor, Graym." he says as he kicks his feet up on the table.
Nov 18 2011, 05:45 PM
"to answer your question" he muttered to Keon and the newcomer, "I had a map" he sighed loudly, "Unfortunately a rookie stole the map from me, big mistake, long story, but luckily they were new enough to head north at noon. I figured they'd end up here then head to the Fractured Factory. Twist here confirmed that they came through this way, and I know a shortcut to the Factory. The plan is to cut this backstabber off at the Factory, take back the map, and continue on our merry way." he took a mighty swig of his drink, "I really don't want discuss anything else. We have another few drinks, then we leave." he finished off the glass and dropped it on the table, "Sweet cheeks, I'll be needing a name before we continue"
Nov 19 2011, 01:13 AM
The girl turned her head away from Graym before replying. "Nina," the she answered, her voice still barely inaudible as before. Graym leaned forward in order to better hear. "Nina," she repeated which seemed to satisfy Graym.
The chit-chat didn't last long (not that it wouls have anyway) as the bartender intruded by setting a glass filled with a dark liquid in front of Nina.
"Here. This aught to clear your throat up a little," said the bartender. His actions seemed to be swayed by pity for the girl if anything.
Nina merely watched the glass as if not knowing what to do with it. She took the glass up to her lips eventually though, and she drained the contents in one single gulp. She immidiately broke into a coughing fit, the drink having done a number on her esoufagus. The bar tendered eyed her from the corner of his eye to make sure everything was alright before going back to his work on the glassware.
Nov 19 2011, 01:52 AM
"You alright?" Keon asked swiftly as he reached over and patted her on the back.
Nov 19 2011, 06:55 PM
Graym began doubting his company from the bottom of his glass, but any help was better than no help, "she's fine" he muttered off handedly, before refusing another drink. Slowly he reached into his clock, producing a fob watch. They needed to leave soon.
Nov 19 2011, 07:01 PM
Keon got up from his seat and stretched, "I don't know about you, but i'm not exactly a person to stay in one place very long. Are we leaving soon?"
Nov 21 2011, 11:28 AM
Graym got up, looking over his new allies as he did so, and began planning the next move.
"There's two ways to the factory." he began, a new air of seriousness, "If we head west, we'll arrive their this time tomorrow, safely. If we head east we'll reach a small deserted village. If we can hold out in the village until sunrise, then we'll arrive at the factory a few hours ahead of time." He began walking toward the door, his body a silhouette against the light of the open doors, "but the village is in nightmare territory."
Nov 21 2011, 11:41 AM
"Fun." Keon said as he followed Graym.
Nov 21 2011, 12:34 PM
Addo followed, finishing up his third drink that he had ordered for himself while he heard and watched the others in drunken silence, he cleared his throat as he walked towards the door, fixing his rifle in his back and following Graym to the door. With a sigh, he dropped his opinion. "Honestly, I want to go home but i'd rather not risk my life over it, I vote we take the safe way. I ain't in no hurry, after all." He said as he then realized he was still holding the tankard, he quickly walked back to the counter and dropped it, then returned to Graym, chuckling to himself and scratching the back of his head. "Aaaanyways..." He said as he stroked his light beard, still chuckling, if that was the alcohol or just how he was, it was unsure. "I'm up with whatever you guys decide, just dropping my thoughts on the subject."
Nov 21 2011, 01:12 PM
Nina wrapped her arms around herself, as if to try and keep warm, when talk of Nightmare territory started. Anyone with a subtle understanding of body language would figure she wasn't doing so because she was cold, but rather she was repressing some sort of memory regarding the subject matter.
Regardless, Nina still wasn't keen on speaking her opinion, and kept quite. Hopefully, the group would decide on option 1 without her input.
Nov 21 2011, 05:22 PM
"Safe route? Keon groaned in disagreement, "There's no fun in that, plus...What's reward without risk?"
Nov 22 2011, 12:30 PM
Graym looked back at the group with a combination of disappointment and caution, save for Keon, "Avoiding the nightmares would be preferred, but there are worse stops on this trip" he kept walking out of the door, taking out his compass as he did. The sun was bearing down harsh, it always did. "Personally, I wanna see what you're all made of. The village is full of generics, wolves if I remember correctly" he turned back to the group, "Werewolves"
Nov 26 2011, 12:23 AM
OOC: We should probably not durdle too much and start heading to the village.
Nina's eyes grew wide at Graym's demand.
No. She would surely do that mysterious thing again if she encountered Nightmares a second time.
Unfortunately, Nina's submissive behaviour did her no favors, as she merely turned away, attempting to hide her fear, rather than speak out in objection.
Nov 26 2011, 03:31 AM
Graym looked over the group like a macabre drill sergeant, contemplating the most reasonable course of action, finally he spoke,
"I'm making the choice for us. Two stops after the Factory we enter a place worse than the village. Consider this practice" his words were grave, but not mocking. Without waiting for protest he headed out East towards the village, murmuring something inaudibly as he left.
[OoC Show is officially on the road]
Nov 26 2011, 04:17 AM
Addo sighed disappointedly and started following Graym, fixing his rifle's belt once more so it would hold tightly to him before he started walking. He opened a small satchel that hung around his belt and checked how many bullets he had left. After a few moments staring at the satchel, he was able to have a rough idea of how much ammo he had...Not that this count would matter much once they started going into the crazier areas of Limbo but...Well, being careful never hurt anyone...Right? Addo shrugged the thoughts away for now and simply continued to follow the rest of the group. As he walked, he started whistling a melody to himself.
Nov 26 2011, 06:30 AM
Keon's face grew into quite a smile, he couldn't wait to test the power of the group. He takes off his hat and uses it to fan himself and starts to follow Graym, "On the bright side, the only thing we have to worry about is being greatly out numbered." Keon said with a sarcastic tone.
Nov 26 2011, 06:51 AM
Graym rubbed his chin gently, his unseen eyes rolling up in deep thought, gradually he began to asses the situation, "six dozen last time... At least six bullets to a gun, maximum three shots to take one down." he murmured with worrying accuracy, "So long as we don't make any mistakes this should be easy"
Nov 27 2011, 05:13 PM
Nina followed the group from a distance. Well, not really a distance. It was more of an ambivilant relationship. She was close enough to be part of the group, but she stayed back enough to be a lagging tail. She wiped the sweat from her forehead as the heat continued to beat down on her. Hopefully she could get out of the heat soon, but then again, there was worse waiting for them.
Dec 2 2011, 04:53 AM
"Sooooooooo..." Interjected Addo, trying to break that awkward silence. "My name is Addo De Luca, I come from a small country that is shaped like a boot...Uh...What about you people?" He questioned, before resting both of his hands behind his head and sighing. "I knew I should've asked for the barman to let me take a few of the bottles..."
Dec 2 2011, 10:39 AM
Elders slowed his pace slightly to become more in line with the group, thinking it best to keep morale up he decided to take up Addo's offer of conversation, "I'm Elders Graym, as you know. I've technically lived longer here than back home, so my country is shaped like something which has no shape." his voice was somewhat light and sarcastic, but it couldn't hide its more serious tone. He waited for the next speaker, lowering his top hat just slightly, it's abnormally large disk large enough to hide the bright sky from his eyes.
Dec 3 2011, 10:03 PM
Keon didn't really want to talk, but he decided to at least give his name, "I'm Keon Ludwik, that's about all you need to know about me." he said before putting his hat back on, he looked strait ahead keeping his eye on the goal.
Dec 5 2011, 01:24 PM
Nina was content in walking in silence before the group started breaking the ice. It was nice knowing that the crew had retained there humanity despite being stuck in essentially hell. Maybe now was a good time to be assertive, but, the state of her voice prevented her from saying her share.
Regretfully, she continued to stay silent as the village slowly came into view.
Dec 6 2011, 09:40 AM
As the village came into view, Elders whipped out his pistol and clicked open the barrel. Six circles stared back at him, shining from the sun now slightly behind the group. He closed the barrel, pointed the gun a dozen meters ahead of them, into the sand, and placed his finger on the trigger. Without explaining to the group exactly what he was doing or why, he pulled upon the trigger in rapid succession, plugging six holes into the ground in a matter of moments. He paused his small display of anarchy, still no sign of explanation or reason. He cocked open the barrel once more. Two circles gleamed back at him in the afternoon sun. Finally, he announced his reasoning.
"We got a .33 impossibility factor." He continued walking, teaching the lesson as he did, "That means physics isn't on its best behavior, that's an advantage to us. The village should stay that way all night."
He began reloading his gun, expecting queries to come flooding in at any moment.
Dec 6 2011, 10:25 AM
Addo took out his rifle and held it with one of his hands, fixing up his posture and using the other one to take a small bottle of some other alcoholic beverage from his belt, before opening it, he stated. "Gee, I am familiar with how that stuff works...Somewhat. I try not to think about it too much, it works better when i'm drunk though so...If you don't mind." As he finished talking, he turned around and started sipping from the bottle, after a few 'gulps' were heard he let the bottle down and hurled it away, it fell to the ground empty. Addo shook his head a bit and chuckled, his cheeks were now slightly flushed as the alcohol started taking effect. "Allrighty then."
Dec 7 2011, 09:57 AM
The sun continued to set rapidly and was soon replaced by the full moon as the crew approched the village. Limbo had unique temporal properties compared to the real world. While in the desert, Nina would have estimated it to be midday. Most likely, this village was always surrounded in night, Werewolf village afterall.
The crew didn't have to wait long before hearing sounds of toppling furniture inside the houses. A sharp howl pierced through the air before the half-wolf half-man abominations burst out of there homes, ready to pounce on their visitors, or more appropriately, dinner.
Dec 7 2011, 01:03 PM
Keon jumped at the apperance of the beasts, before noticing that the group was out numbered greatly, "How many is a dozen again..?" he said as he reached for his daggers.
Dec 7 2011, 03:22 PM
Elders produced his gun, sighting the all too familiar foe and grinning. No matter how many he killed, there would always be some the next time he came. That was the best and worst trademark of a nightmare: They lingered.
"A dozen is how many I expect you to kill before you even think of asking for help." Elders proclaimed jestingly, before running straight into the midst of the village.
His first shot blew open the jaw of a beast, bursting it into a cloud of ash and nothingness. Graym then leaped, higher than one would think possible, onto the roof of the closest shack, turning and firing a bullet through the chest of a second beast, then it's head. He continued like this methodically, predicting with compulsive accuracy the position of his next foe. It became worryingly apparent just how many times he had passed through this place.
"Don't just stand there!" He shouted, reloading his gun from a cloud of nightmare ash, "Get hunting."
Dec 8 2011, 10:12 AM
Addo let out a sigh, his alcohol bathed breath exhaling off for a moment before he jumped into the fight, since his weapon was a musket, he would have to reload every time he shot, that much he couldn't get out of his head, it was mostly about believing that each bullet could deal more damage than normal and knowing that muskets weren't restricted to use solely in ranged combat. The impossibilty factor coupled with a little bit of drunkedness helped quite a bit as well. He tried to keep up with Graym, firing at the nightmares and then reloading with each bullet fired. The bullets that flew off Addo's rifle worked strangely, some of them pierced right through several nightmares in a row and some others ricocheted from one side to the another before hitting their foes.
Regardless, Addo proceeded to fire and reload repeatedly, dispatching a few nightmares before he caught up with Graym. "I can do this all day~~ Well, okay, not really, ammo will eventually have to run out. Which is...Not good."
Dec 8 2011, 10:52 AM
Keon's eyes narrowed at Graym's remark, he flipped out his daggers and jumped into the fray. A wolf charges him and he quickly jumps and lands on the head of the beast, smashing it into the ground for some minor damage, given him being rather light, he didn't do much to it. But it gave him enough time to jab one of his daggers strait into the skull of it, finishing it off. "I don't remember sharpening my daggers." He said in confusion as how the dagger went into the skull so easily, "Oh well." He runs to catch up with Graym and Addo, Chopping beasts down like hot knives through butter.
Dec 8 2011, 01:45 PM
Elders turned his back to Addo, staring another one of the creatures in the face. It's breath crawled across his face, drops of spit landing on Elders' face. As it's jaw swung open to bite, Graym shot down its throat. The beast backed away slowly before crumbling into dust. Elders then considered Addo's remark.
"It can go on as long as it has to." he laughed, "For all reality knows, your pockets are filled with more ammo than an army"
he leapt from the building, firing eight shots into the fray before ducking into a clear house and reloading. Within moments they were coming up through the floorboards. The veteran considered his onslaught of the creatures.
Dec 10 2011, 06:09 PM
Nina drew her cleaver. She actually had no idea how she had come to possess it, but it was the only object that resembled a weapon she owned.
Unfortunately, she had no real experience with fighting and could do very little but step backwards as a werewolf slowlly closed in.
She gripped the blade with both hands, as if wielding a sword, attempting to defend herself, but a single swipe from the werewolf sent her flying into a nearby cabin.
Nina slowly crawled out of the rubble, wandering how she had managed to survive. She had no time to collect her thoughts, however, as the werewolf pounced, burrying its fangs into her left shoulder, just barely missing the neck.
Nina didn't even register the pain from the shock. She looked down to see blood trickling down her arm. The werewolf's fangs being the only thing preventing the wound from spewing blood profusely.
Oh God!" thought Nina, as she felt her vision fading. "I don't want to die."
Her mind was racing at this point.
"I don't want to die!"
"I don't want to die!"
"I don't want to die!"
"I don't want to die!"
"I don't want to die!"
"I don't want to die!"
"I DON'T WANT TO DIE!!!
Having done it's job, the werewolf released its prey. The body slumped over lifeless. More werewolves crowded around, estabilsing a pecking order for who got to feed first.
The first werewolf stepped forward, sniffing the body before preparing to take its first bite, when suddenly, the body's arm shot forward, cleaver in hand. In an instant, the werewolf was evicerated, the two halves falling opposite directions moments later.
The werewolves stepped back, as their prey slowly rose to her feet, chuckling while she did so.
Slouched over and, arm hanging limp from her body, the girl didn't seem like much of a threat. The disturbing part about her was the maniacle smile pasted on her face, and the look of blood lust in her eyes. She provoked an attack from the werewolves, which fell one by one as the girl chopped them up like mince meat. The creepy chuckle had errupted into a maniacle laughter at this point, and the girl continued to chop the wolves up one-by-one each kill pushing her further and further into madness.
Dec 11 2011, 09:08 AM
Keon started to sweat from all the running, "Keep going, Keep going.." he said under his breath as he continued to run, slashing beasts. a werewolf is able to get up behind keon and get a hold of the slack of his pants, causing keon to fall to the ground, his dagger's fly forward. the beast wastes no time releasing the grip on the pants and biting into keon's leg. Keon screams from the pain as he tries to get it off, "SOMEONE GET IT OFF ME!!" He kicks it multiple times trying to weaken the beast's grip, More wolf's start to circle him, waiting for their meat.
Dec 11 2011, 10:12 AM
Elder burst out of the window of the house he had just been in, holding his hat in place as he did. He landed and pointed his gun at the werewolf making a meal of Keon's leg. He pulled down on the trigger, but heard nothing but an empty click. Beginning to reload, he spotted a dagger on the floor. Graym picked it up and aimed. In a single fluid motion the knife cut through the air and tucked its way into the beast's head. It promptly turned to dust, dropping the knife by Keon's side. Elders gave a brief nod to Keon, before reloading his gun and continuing to pick off the werewolves that remained. Their numbers were thinning, but there was a way to go yet.
Dec 11 2011, 11:56 AM
Addo scratched the back of his head for a bit as he heard Elder's comments regarding the amount of ammo he was carrying. "Sadly, i'm not that drunk." He commented, chuckling some and then stopping to watch that Nina girl go berserk and start ripping all of the nightmares apart, Addo reloaded his rifle as he watched. "Well i'll be damned, that's not the kind of thing ya see everyday." He commented before taking another shot and sniping off another werewolf that was a certain distance away from him.
Seeing Keon and Elders having some trouble with more nightmares not far from there, Addo went in to help, he jumped down from the small structure where he found himself in and used the momentum to club down another creature with his currently unloaded rifle. After the werewolf had it's skull properly mauled to dust, Addo reloaded the rifle and went to stand by Keon and Elder. "Hail. You two good in there? As for our female companion, I don't think she'll be needing help just yet." He said, looking over at Nina's direction again.
Dec 11 2011, 04:03 PM
Keon began to stand, groaning in pain as he stood on his wounded leg, "Really? What makes you say that? She seems rather weak don't you-" he said as he turned to look at Nina, his eyes widen at the sight of her rampage. "That...Is scary. Remind me not to get on her bad side, Kay' Addo?" he pick's up his daggers and prepares to keep fighting. grunting and groaning slightly because of his wound. "This hurts.."
Dec 13 2011, 11:47 PM
Nina was painting the town red. Or at least she would have been if the werewolves bled like normal organisms instead of turnig to dust. She continued slicing them up. Her swings were effortless. The cleaver would cut through the wolves with ease. Sometimes she didn't even have to touch them, some would just fall by merely swinging at the air in front of them. Sometimes, she would slice chunks of the housing off, causing structures to fall in her wake. A property of the impossibility factor no doubt. And with Nina as deranged as she was at the moment, the madness was easily doing the work for her.
Her rampage was interupted for a brief instant as a wolf managed to get behind her, swiping its claws at her back and leaving 3 bloody gashes. The maniacle smile on Nina's face turned into a frown for just a brief instant as she registered the pain. The grin quickly returned as the wolf's limbs were sliced off, Nina not having to bat a eye towards it.
With that intrusion done with she went back to town, cleaving, mincing, shearing, and every synonym for chopping that came to her mind, everything that she layed eyes on, disregarding life that slowly seeped out out of her shoulder and back.
Dec 14 2011, 10:21 AM
Elders paused and observed the girl's onslaught, "Well I'll be" he said, trying to hide a grin, "She keeps this up and she'll make me look bad." He walked over to Addo and pointed to a group of approaching werewolves on the right, then turned to face another pack on the left.
"Not many to go." he said aiming his pistol into the mouths of the beasts. He charged forward, his shots ringing out into the night.
Dec 14 2011, 11:27 AM
Addo looked over to the werewolves when prompted, he let out a short 'tch' and started firing against them. "Thank God for that, i'm getting sick of these guys already." Addo commented before reloading and firing once more. "Hey, Keon, was it? Go and help the girl over there, will ya? Even if she's doing well, I don't think having your shoulder bleed you out is a very good idea." He commented, as he continued his fire and reload routine. It was then he noticed, his shots weren't going through as many monsters as before, nor were they ricocheting as efficiently, despite the fact that his posture was...Oh okay, that was the problem, his posture was straight again, which meant he was sobering up. "Damnit..." He cursed under his breath.

Keon nodded at Addo before he started going as fast as he could to assist Nina, A werewolf leaps from the roof of one of the buildings, landing in front of Keon, Keon took a few steps back, waiting for the beast to lunge at him, as soon as it did, he forcefully thrusted one of his daggers strait inside the beast's mouth, piercing through the back of its throat. As expected, the monster turns into ashes. Keon continues moving towards Nina, slashing the few werewolf's that were left to get in his way. "Heeey! Nina! Save some for me would ya?!"
