So a while ago my RPG Maker XP was working perfectly fine, but then suddenly I would click on it's icon to open it up and the little loading cursor appears but nothing else happens. I open the task manager and neither the window or process shows. I've tried running it as an administrator and in all compatibility modes, I've tried uninstalling and re-installing it multiple times, and it just won't open. Not even an error message appears. I have all the correct files in all the correct places and I have purchased the full version. My computer is a 64 Bit Windows & and I have VX and 2003 installed as well, but they've always worked with the others installed perfectly fine in the past, so I can't imagine that would be a problem. I even tried installing it on a second computer and the same exact thing happened after a few months. I haven't changed any system files or installed anything else on my computer anywhere near the time it stopped working, either. Am I missing something? Help?

Perhaps you should try re-installing the RTP.

Hmm...if it's happened twice on different computers, the only thing I can think of is that it could be the installer? Maybe it's corrupted somehow? Try downloading it again and using this different installer. That's only a guess, though. Never heard of this problem before, sorry.
