So basicaly i want a moving object to do damage to the player only when the player touches it, I know theres a simple way to event it but I'm way too tired to do try it could anyone please help, Thanks.

I don't have RPG Maker in front of me at the moment, but this should be rather simple. You would just need to set the Trigger on the moving object to "player touch", and use the "change HP" command. I believe you can find the change HP command on the third page of commands.

For that event method, you may also need to set a delay after each hit, otherwise you might die in 2 seconds depending on how much damage is inflicted.
