I'm Having A Problem, Well, I Have This Chest Problems.
When I Opened The Chest In My Testplay, Then, Go To The Save Spot, Which Is In The Same Room As The Chest, When I Quit, Then Reload The Save File, The Chest Is In It's Place Again! Is There Anyway To Fix This One? Thank You.

First thing you need to do is avoid capitalizing every word in your sentence (sorry if that seems harsh, because it is).
Second thing is, I can't seem to replicate the problem in a blank project - I open the game, save the game, close the game, and then load the save file, just like you said. The most likely problems I can think of are A) you're using too many scripts, even though this doesn't seem like a compatibility thing, or B) You did something wrong with events.
I would recommend that you try using Enterbrain's "Quick Event" chest (Ctrl+3) if you aren't using it already. You're still inexperienced at RPG Maker (or so it would seem), so it could just be a minor error on your part.

There are quick events in RMXP?
You'll probably find that if you exit the room and re-enter, the chest is there again.
All of my chests are
Page 1: give item, set self-switch A
Page 2: self-switch A enabled, do nothing
The chest will never reset by itself since the self-switch is enabled.
Some people say they do it with one page, but I can't work out the logic to do that.
