Okay I am working on a game and I goofed around and made a generic stupid little video
(and yes I know there is a rain glitch on the inside of the one house.)
[WIP] Game Teaser VideoJust looking for some non-slamming over critical opinions.

The best part of this trailer was when the guy was walking...
Honestly, I think you need to structure this video better. If it's a trailer, than it shouldn't have to drag on so much to get to the point. Take a look at commercial trailers, and you'll notice that they are barely even a minute long.
More specifically, while it's okay to start off with a character walking on a map, keep it short and actually put some effort into your cuts. Trailers, much like actual games/movies, follow a "beginning", "middle," and "end" structure, like a plotline. Your middle should have probably included the general battles and the minigames, and the end having more intense enemy introductions and maybe a catchphrase just before you show the title of your project.
The central goal of making vids like these is to get people interested in your game, so you might want to do a little more work.

The game itself is only have about two to four months of work on it at the most. I just spent 20 minutes walking around in my game and cut it up and added some music. Took 5 Minutes. SO I agree it does need more work and I need to add some flash and flair to it also. Thank you for you well said comments. They were very helpful.
Thanks
