Okay so apparently you're going around asking questions without being specific about details, and you're posting a whoooole lot of topics where there would have only needed to be one.
1. FEXP is new. I'm not even sure what the process is that you went to (Did you hack the engine, is this the official release, or is this a new game with the scripts just pasted in?) but in any case, only I, Yeti, and a couple other people who don't come to this forum even know the broad details of how the engine works. Asking here will get you very, very blank stares.
2. You seem to have little knowledge of how RMXP in general works. This is just based off the other three topics you made.

Second of all, the cursor does not appear when you start the game. It's not on the map. How do I make it appear?
Right click on the map name over on the left side of the screen, go to its properties, and rename the map to "Mapname BATTLE" to make a map where the characters can fight and stuff. So for example "Eliwood and Lyn BATTLE" or "Satans Dungeon BATTLE" or something similar.

Third of all, my characters are not appearing. How do I make them appear.
This is an incredibly vague question, my friend. If you had the finished version of FEXP (Oh right, nobody does because it was never finished anyway) things would be a lot simpler to answer. Do you have the unit in the right format (Event name should be UNIT) and the right thing in the comments? Are you using the absolute newest version of the engine? Etc etc. Use screenshots for best results.

First of all can you make the maximum for animations more than 999. If yes, how?
This is probably the thing that confuses me most. Yeti already implemented the database limit breaker script in FEXP, so by default, after you DL FEXP you would have 3,000 animation slots to work with, not 999. This is why I'm confused about a great many things.
Edit: And Redd, just for future reference, there are exactly zero scripts for RMXP that work with FEXP. Yeti rewrote a large portion of the call commants and other things of that sort. Even NR's save script didn't work at all in FEXP.
