Adrien.
I am making a flash engine for developer and I am wondering among those who have made flash games, What kinds of games have you made, Have you made Flash Games, As a game developer from RPG Maker VX,XP, 2000 (or what ever engine) What would you expect in an engine

I am really looking for the comunities feed back so that Adventure Engine is a good stable engine for developers to build off of, extend, and create their own games using Action Script 3.

My friend Yoshirider is making a wtf-sick flash game called I Like Toast. It's the story of a journeying toaster that has to help his other toaster friends from the evil waffle makers. He shoots toast, jellied toast, (It stick to walls) he uses his cord for a hookshot, and other badass weaponry too.

Coming to a forum near you, 2012.

I'm currently working on a small project called 'Epic Man Chronicles'. It's a platformer were you are the super awesome superhero named epic man. When it's done it will have 5 levels, with a boss on each level (yes the game will not be too long since it's my first smile.gif ). The weapon is a 'Handgun' (you shoot from your finger).

Those are cool. I am working on a flash library to help developers (and possibly designers) to create or bring life to their flash games and I was wondering (as it is more RPG engineered) what people wanted in a library that supports both desktop environment and web

I've created two flash games for university before. Coding, art, animation I did it all.
Adrien.
thats really cool Hirei. I am coding basically a game engine in AS3 and I was wondering what people wanted in terms of the engine its self. It will mostly be towards developers and will contain a rich API to extend and build off of. and of course be open source and free
shinyjiggly
I would if I had flash... (if it weren't so expensive I would already have it >_>)
Adrien.
OP Has been updated!

shinyjiggly Ya it can be very expensive. If you were to use a engine what would you expect from that engine (as a developer)?

One partial game (tetris clone) once for a University project. But I didn't go into much depth or anything.
Adrien.
Well that sounds like it was fun biggrin.gif
