Ok im making 3 diffrent dbz games so im wondering how to do something tht allows me to fly on the world map?
(Like fly over water and so)

You can use an airship, and just change the graphic. Also...WHY ARE YOU MAKING 3 DIFFERENT DBZ FAN GAMES?! Sure sure, go ahead, but sticking to one game causes progress to go up.
