A few friends and I have been working on a video game for a long time now. I decided to put it into RMXP just for a good laugh but it turned out to be pretty beneficial in terms of being able to visually understand what is happening, even just in rmxp graphics

I was wondering, if i were to post a demo would i be able to possibly get some feedback and maybe a spriter? Running out of resources very quickly...

First welcome to RRR. Introducing yourself in the RRR introduction board is a great way to meet new people and get started.
Second, this may not be the board you're looking for. This board is more about how to use the RMXP engine specifically, as well as RGSS questions. It's great for eventing and scripting advice.
If you want to request resources, such as graphics, the Resource Request forum would be a great start. If you want to post your work so far, such as a demo, upload it to a hosting site like MediaFire or MegaUpload, and provide us a link and some screenshots. You'd want to create a thread like that in the Games Under Construction or Long Demos section though.
If you're looking to get a member to sprite a lot of different things for you as part of your team, you'd want to create a thread topic in Recruitment. Be sure to post all your work in the proper or suggested format for best results though.
And remember, patience is key. Sometimes you may not get a response for day, weeks, or months in regards to recruiting or resources.
