My name is h1sarmyw1f3, or Rissa. yes I am an army wife (obviously lol). im a big gamer and im really into anime. back when I was in middle school I played around with RPG maker 2000 with a close friend of mine. But I never could figure the darn thing out.
Well just yesterday I had a huge craving to get back into it. And well here I am. I got RPG maker vx trial, and I wanna really get use out of it to see if I want to purchase the full version. I decided to join the forum for assistance. welp, and the fact I love forums >.<
anyways a few fingers in the right direction as to which section of the forum is a good place to start would be lovely!

Here's a start: Don't get VX. get XP! Its more for advanced users, but you'll get much more out of it then VX. Some people like VX, don't know why.

Bill, that's your opinion, and is pretentious of you to arbitrarily pass judgment on those that use VX. XP and VX both have their strengths and weaknesses, and people will use what they're most comfortable with.
