Welcome to RRR! There are plenty of scriptwriters out there, just not sure if they can help you directly.

Can I ask what engine you are using?

rpg vx is the one i'll be using.
i've gone through the basic usage of vx. now i am looking at how the scripts and database are being handled. anyone got a tutorial or a link to a tutorial on how the database and the scripts are linked?

The database data is loaded at the Title Screen (that is, Scene_Title)... for the most part. The "Terms" section of the database is accessed by the scripts at the top of the script editor (the Vocab and Sound ones). You can find more advanced coverage of individual script modules (e.g. Skill, Actor) in the help file - just open up the Index and type in RPG::WhateverClassYouWant.
Also, welcome to RRR!
